{"id":6,"date":"2019-02-14T14:00:24","date_gmt":"2019-02-14T12:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/phsites.technion.ac.il\/blok\/?page_id=6"},"modified":"2019-03-24T13:50:28","modified_gmt":"2019-03-24T11:50:28","slug":"welcome","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/phsites.technion.ac.il\/blok\/","title":{"rendered":"Research interests"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Theoretical high energy particle  <br>and  nuclear physics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>My research concerns the theory of strong interactions-Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> This is the theory of quarks interacting by means of gauge fields -gluons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> In particular I am interested in applications of QCD to novel physical  phenomena observed at Large Hadron Collider (LHC) in CERN in Geneva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heavy ion (i.e. nucleus-nucleus) collisions and their dynamics, creation and diagnostics of new state of matter -Quark Gluon Plasma (QGP).
