The last few years have seen a renewed interest in the study of non-equilibrium dynamics of quantum many-body systems. This interest has been driven by the confluence of theoretical ideas and experimental breakthroughs on two related fronts: Thermalization and dynamics of disordered systems, and Non-equilibrium phases. The conference will bring together leading contributors in these two areas, in order to discuss topics that lie at the interface of their interests. In addition, the conference will include talks by the founding fathers of quantum chaos, a field that has played a central bedrock in our understanding of thermalization.
