In our research group, we investigate the optical and electronic properties of low-dimensional semiconductor systems, such as quantum dots and Nitrogen-Vacancy centers in diamonds.<\/p>\n

We then apply this knowledge to quantum information processing applications.<\/p>\n

Recently our group won a prestigious ERC Advanced Grant No. 695188 \u2013 DG-PESP-CS<\/a>, for the action of Deterministic Generation of Polarization Entangled Single Photon Cluster States.  Consequently, the group is now seeking excellent graduate students<\/strong> and post-doctorate research fellows<\/strong> interested in this forefront field of science and technology for capitalizing on the group’s recent success (Science 534, 434, (2016)<\/a> ,Haaretz<\/a>, International Business Times<\/a>).   <\/p>\n
