Daytime temperatures are usually above 25 C, while the evenings are relatively cool.<\/p>\n<p>Remember to bring a light outer garment for the evenings, and also sunscreen and hats.<\/p>\n<p>More information and weather updates may be found on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ims.gov.il\/IMSEng\/All_tahazit\">Israel meteorological service<\/a> website.<\/p>\n<h3>Rate of Exchange<\/h3>\n<p>The rate of exchange varies between $ = 3.7 to 4.0 NIS; Euro = 4.8 to 5.0 NIS; British Pound = 5.5 to 6.3 NIS.<\/p>\n<p>There are ATM\u2019s at the airport, and also one on Technion campus. There are, of course, ATM\u2019s in the various shopping areas of Haifa.<\/p>\n<h3>Directions to Technion<\/h3>\n<p>There is\u00a0 a train service from the airport to Haifa.\u00a0 Sunday through Thursday, between 05:00 and 23:00 the trains run about every half hour, between 23:00 and 5:00 every hour.
