The temperature range is 1.2 to 300 and field up to 6.5T. A furnace installation is on the way. It has two magnet power supplies one for low fields (&lt;200G) where it can work with mG resolution. It also has two channels for measuring magnetization in two different directions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"460\" height=\"350\" src=\"https:\/\/phsites.technion.ac.il\/magnetic\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2015\/03\/Yuval_Lubashevsky.gif\" alt=\"Instrument scientist: Yuval Lubashevsky.\" class=\"wp-image-152 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Instrument scientist: Yuval Lubashevsky. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> Our old ac\/dc susceptometer is an hybridization of Oxford instrument&#8217;s Teslatron<sup>H<\/sup> and magnetic probe, and SR850 lock-in amplifier. The ac measurements are done by standard primary and two secondary coils. The dc measurements are performed using a magnetic field up to 8 T, and a motor which moves the sample between the two secondary coils.
