Abstract: Demonstrate quantum fault tolerance on real quantum hardware, via IBMQ or Amazon Braket platforms.

Pre-requisites:

Quantum Computing, or Quantum Information Processing, or Quantum Communication

Good proficiency in Python

Quantum Physics
