Weather
The weather in June is warm. Daytime temperatures are usually above 25 C, while the evenings are relatively cool.
Remember to bring a light outer garment for the evenings, and also sunscreen and hats.
Rate of Exchange
The rate of exchange varies between $ = 3.7 to 4.0 NIS; Euro = 4.8 to 5.0 NIS; British Pound = 5.5 to 6.3 NIS.
There are ATM’s at the airport, and also one on Technion campus. There are, of course, ATM’s in the various shopping areas of Haifa.
